Log in from anywhere. We handle the IT.

Pick your software and your user count. We set up the server, move your client data and keep it running all season, for one monthly price per user. Add preparers in January and drop them in May.

Hosting tends to break on the worst day of your year

It’s the Monday after March 15. Six preparers are in Lacerte, two are in QuickBooks, and every click takes four seconds. You open a ticket. The host says it’s an Intuit problem. Intuit says it’s the host. The extension pile sits there while they argue.

Then January comes and the per-user price goes up again. A server fee you never saw on the pricing page shows up on the invoice. Your cyber-insurance renewal asks for a SOC 2 report, and the only one you have belongs to a data center you’ve never dealt with.

We built AI Tech Cloud around those three problems. Each fix is a line in your contract.

Three things we sign that most hosts only say

Uptime, signed

99.99% uptime is in the contract you sign. If we miss it, the credit goes on your next invoice automatically. You don’t fill in a claim form, and there’s no deadline to remember.

One price, all in

$79 per user covers the private server, setup, migration, backups and your WISP template. There’s no server fee or setup fee, and no add-on you need to buy before the plan works.

Audited ourselves

We hold our own [SOC 2 Type II] report. When an insurer or a client asks for one, you send ours. It covers the company that runs your server, not just the building it sits in.

How we are audited

Three plans, prices shown

Pick by where your software runs. The price you see is the per-user line on your invoice.

Private Cloud

$79 /user/month

$72 billed annually

Best for: firms on desktop tax software or QuickBooks Desktop who want it off the office server.

  • Your own private server, all your apps
  • MFA and encryption on every login
  • Backups every 4 hours, restore-tested quarterly
  • Setup, migration and a WISP template included

Managed IT

$89 /user/month

$80 billed annually

Best for: firms on Drake Web, CCH Axcess or QuickBooks Online who need devices, email and the WISP handled. No hosting.

  • Laptops and desktops managed, with EDR
  • Microsoft 365 managed, email security and backup
  • Security training and phishing tests
  • WISP written for you and kept current

Every plan includes MFA, a quarterly restore test, our own SOC 2 coverage and month-to-month terms. Seasonal seats go on in January and come off in May, at the same rate with no setup fee.

25 users or more? Talk to us about a custom quote. Want the details first? See full pricing

Your software stays the same. Only the place it runs changes.

Your staff see the same Lacerte screens and the same QuickBooks company files as today. The difference is a new login and a server in our data center. Install the apps you use, no app-slot limits. Using something not listed? Ask on the call. If we can’t host it, we’ll say so. See every app we host

On QuickBooks Desktop 2023 or older?

Intuit ended payroll, bank feeds, support and security updates for Desktop 2023 and older after 31 May 2026. As of August 2026, Intuit has announced no end date for Desktop 2024. Bring your version number to the call and we’ll plan the next step before January. Get the QuickBooks Desktop checklist

You’ll know the names of the people on your server

Every firm gets a named team of 3 engineers, on call 24/7. They know your software versions, your user list and which partner leaves the company file open overnight. When the problem is in Lacerte or UltraTax, they open the ticket with Intuit or Thomson Reuters and see it through. You stop relaying messages between two help desks.

Meet the rest of the company

What’s in place before your first login

These are the things your WISP, your PTIN renewal and your cyber-insurance form will ask about. They come with the plan, not as add-ons.

MFA on every login

On every seat and every plan. It isn’t held back for a top tier.

Encrypted data

Client files, company files and prior-year returns are encrypted on your server.

Backups every 4 hours

Server backups are kept for 90 days, so a file deleted in February can still come back in April.

A restore test every quarter

We restore from backup on every plan, four times a year, so you know it works before you need it.

Our own SOC 2 report

The [SOC 2 Type II] report is ours, not the data center’s. Send it when an insurer asks.

A WISP you can hand over

Private Cloud includes a WISP template. On Managed IT plans, we write yours and keep it current.

How we handle security and compliance

Switching takes a weekend, and not one in April

  1. A 15-minute call. We ask about your software, your user count and where your data lives today. You get a written price within 1 business day.
  2. We build your server. We install your apps, turn on MFA and test logins with your staff before anything moves.
  3. We move your data over a weekend. You close on Friday and open on our server Monday. Client files, company files and prior-year returns all come with you.
  4. Your team watches the first week. Your named engineers check speed and backups and handle login hiccups.

We don’t schedule migrations in March or April. If you find us mid-season, we’ll book your move for May and put the date in writing.

If your first tax season with us isn’t better, we pay to move you out

Run one season on AI Tech Cloud. If it isn’t better than what you had before, we’ll migrate you to any provider you choose, free. Terms are in your agreement.

Whatever you decide, your data comes back in full if you leave, and no annual contract keeps you here.

Questions firms ask before switching

How long does switching take?

Migration takes a weekend, not an hour. We build and test your server first, then move your data between Friday close and Monday morning. Call in March and we’ll tell you straight whether to move now or after April 15.

What does migration cost?

Nothing extra. Setup and migration are included in Private Cloud and Private Cloud + Managed IT, and there’s no setup fee on any plan.

Can I try it before I commit?

A useful test means installing your licensed software, moving your data and mapping your printers. That is the whole setup, so we skip the test run and lower the risk another way. Every plan is month-to-month, and the first-season guarantee pays for your move out if the season isn’t better. Terms are in your agreement.

Will my server slow down in March and April?

Your server is yours alone, so no other firm’s e-file batch competes with yours. Extra CPU and memory from January to April is written into the contract. One honest limit: we can’t make the IRS e-file system faster at 4:55 p.m. on April 15. We can make sure your server isn’t the slow part.

Which apps can you host?

Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax CS, CCH ProSystem fx and QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise, plus Microsoft 365 apps on the same server with no app-slot limits. If you run something else, ask on the call. See the full app list

Will this help with my WISP and cyber-insurance forms?

Private Cloud comes with a WISP template, and Managed IT plans include a WISP we write and keep current. MFA is on every login, and when an insurer asks for a SOC 2 report, you send our own [SOC 2 Type II] report. The answers on the form are still yours to sign.

What happens if I leave?

Give 30 days’ notice. Plans are month-to-month, and we return your data in full.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

You talk to an engineer, not a sales rep. We ask about your user count, your software and when your current contract renews. You get a per-user price on the call and a written quote within one business day. Nothing to sign.

Fifteen minutes now can save you from a frozen server in April

Tell us your software and user count. We’ll tell you what it costs, what moves and which weekend it happens. If we’re the wrong fit, we’ll tell you that too.

No sales script. Nothing to sign on the call.
