Book 15 minutes. Leave with a price in writing.
Tell us how many people log in and which tax software you run. We’ll tell you what it costs, when it could move, and what we don’t do.
Pick a time
Shown in your time zone. 15 minutes. Slots run 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday.
[Booking tool setup: four fields (your name, work email, firm name, people who log in during March) plus an optional phone field for the client’s own number. Field labels, helpers and errors are in the copy doc. Button: “Book my 15 minutes”.]
Free. The invite arrives in about a minute. Reschedule or cancel from that email without calling anyone.
On the call we’ll
- Ask which apps you run and where the data sits today.
- Count users, including the preparers you add in January.
- Walk through migration. It takes a weekend, not an hour, and we don’t schedule it near a filing deadline.
- Answer the WISP or cyber-insurance question that’s been sitting in your inbox.
- Tell you if we’re the wrong fit. Some firms are.
No slides. We only share a screen if you ask.
Handy to have ready
- Your tax and accounting apps, with versions (Lacerte 2025, QuickBooks Enterprise 24).
- How many people log in during March, and how many in July.
- Where your files live now: a server in the closet, another host, or one person’s desktop.
- When your current hosting contract renews.
None of it is required. A rough guess is fine.
What you leave with
Within one business day: a written price per user per month, a proposed go-live date, and the draft contract. You can read all three before anyone asks for a signature.
You’ll talk to [Name], [Title]. One of the 3 engineers on the named team that would run your firm’s server. [One line of real background.] [Photo]
Before you book
Is this a sales call?
We’d like your business, so partly yes. But you’ll be talking to an engineer, the price comes in writing, and if you go quiet afterward you’ll get two emails from us and nothing more.
Can I try it before I commit?
No. A meaningful test needs your licensed software, your data and your printers set up on the server, which is the full migration. So we do it once, properly. Nothing locks you in afterwards: plans are month-to-month, and if your first tax season with us isn’t better than your last, we move you to any provider free (terms in your agreement).
We’re in the middle of a deadline. Bad time?
Booking a call is low risk. The move is what needs good timing. If you’re buried in extensions or it’s February, we’ll scope it now and set go-live for a quiet window, like the week after October 15 or in May.
