What changes when Enterprise moves to our cloud
Multi-user mode that keeps up
Your file runs on the same machine as the database server. Twelve people can enter bills while someone runs a sales-by-item report. The 9 p.m. “who has the company file open?” call should become rare.
Advanced Inventory and Advanced Pricing work as they do now
Multiple locations, bin tracking, FIFO, serial and lot numbers, price rules. If your subscription includes it, it runs on the hosted server. We test your heaviest inventory report before cutover.
Your add-ons come along
We install and test the tools you already use: Fishbowl, SmartVault, QuickBooks Time, Transaction Pro and Avalara. Something else? Tell us on the call and we’ll check it before you sign.
Open it from any device
Windows PC, Mac, iPad or a browser at the warehouse. MFA on every login. Nothing sits on the laptop someone leaves in an Uber.
Backups we actually restore
Server backups every 4 hours, kept 90 days. Every quarter we restore one into a test space and check it opens. You get the result.
The ticket stays with us
QuickBooks throws an H202 at 4:40 on a Friday. You call us. We work it, and if Intuit has to be involved, we open that case and stay on it.

Pay annually and it’s $72 per user ($864 a month for those 12). Bring your own QuickBooks Enterprise license. Busy month? Add seats, then remove them later, at the same rate with no setup fee.

Versions and editions we host
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise from 2015 to the current release, including the industry editions: Contractor, Manufacturing and Wholesale, Nonprofit, Professional Services, Retail and Accountant.
A straight answer on 2022 and 2023
Intuit ended payroll, bank feeds, support and security updates for Desktop 2023 and older after 31 May 2026. We can still host 2022 or 2023, but those features won’t come back on our server. If you’re on one, plan the upgrade with us during migration so it happens once instead of twice. As of August 2026, Intuit has announced no end date for 2024.

How the move works
Expect a weekend, not an hour. Plan for 2 to 3 weeks from call to go-live.
- Call. We list your users, file size, version, add-ons and printers. You and us, 15 minutes.
- Build. We set up your private server and install and test QuickBooks and your add-ons.
- Test run. Your team logs in, runs real reports and flags anything odd. About an hour of your time.
- Cutover. Friday evening we copy the final file. Monday you open it hosted.
- First week. Your named engineers check in and handle tickets.

Is my Enterprise license allowed on a hosted server?
On the call we check your subscription before you sign.
Is the server shared with other companies?
No. Private Cloud means a server for your business alone. Nobody else’s year-end close slows your file down.
How do I print checks and invoices?
To your local printer, same as today. We map printers during setup and test check alignment before cutover.
We host client files as an accounting firm. Does this fit?
Yes. One server can hold many client company files, and each staff login sees only the files you allow. Firms with 25 or more users get a custom quote.
What if we leave?
Cancel any month. We hand back every company file and backup in full. No exit fee.
Do you host QuickBooks Online?
No. QBO already runs in Intuit’s cloud. If your team uses QBO alongside desktop tax software, look at our Managed IT plan.
